NICK BISHOP

WILDLIFE WRANGLER AND HOST

Nick Bishop was raised just outside of Portland, Oregon. His fascination with wrangling began as a small child watching The Crocodile Hunter, which inspired him to begin capturing necktie "cobras" in his parents' room while imagining he was hosting his own show with his pretend cameraman, he set out on adventures, catching small snakes, lizards and amphibians as if he was in front of a camera filming for his own TV show.

From that point on, he fearlessly did whatever it took to capture anything that moved!

In the beginning, everything Nick knew was self-taught. Lack of formal education didn't stop him though; he fully immersed himself in pursuing his passion and honing his craft. If Nick wasn't outside climbing a tree for a lizard or chasing a snake alongside a creek, he was inside glued to the TV watching Steve Irwin or Jeff Corwin. No matter what, he was always learning about the animal kingdom from shows and books. Despite his teenage challenges, he continued to follow his dream. Nick believes he was born with the ability to understand animals in a special way. Later on in his life, with perseverance, he found himself traveling to learn from many experts as his career progressed.

Please note: though you may see Nick handling high-risk, dangerous, and venomous animals in his content, it is in no way an endorsement or recommendation to try this yourself. Nick is a trained professional with a full understanding of the risks and first-aid protocol.
